Documentation rots when publishing requires an engineer. This template removes that dependency: writers work in MDX with live preview, and publishing is a merge, not a deploy request. Content is versioned alongside the product, so a customer on last year's release reads last year's documentation rather than instructions for an API they do not have. Search is semantic rather than keyword — a question phrased in the user's words finds the page written in ours, which is where conventional documentation search fails hardest. Every page carries structured metadata for retrieval, which means the same corpus feeds a support assistant without a second content pipeline. We use it for our own internal handbook and for client-facing developer portals.
