This policy explains what personal information Tech Spektra ("we", "us") collects through techspektra.com, why we collect it and how we look after it. We collect only what we need to respond to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact form: your name, business email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in and your project details.
- Email: anything you send us directly at support@techspektra.com.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to collect usage information, such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location and device type, and whether you start or send the contact form. It doesn't receive what you type into the form. Our legal basis for this is your consent.
How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries and discuss potential projects.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship. We keep job applications for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you've given, by emailing support@techspektra.com. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to. If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including to object to or restrict how we use your information and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
Grievances: email support@techspektra.com with the subject “Privacy”. We'll acknowledge your request and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EEA or UK, your local data protection authority.
